 The Auto Glue Kitchen (Single Corrugated Stacker) is an advanced solution designed to optimize corrugated board stacking and delivery in high-speed production lines. Built with a circuit control system, collecting & transmitting system, and a single corrugated stacking unit, it ensures precision, efficiency, and reduced labor dependency.

The circuit control system integrates a computerized controller, photoelectric counter, and speed measuring wheel, enabling automatic speed tracking and smooth synchronization with cutting operations. The collecting & carrying system features low-speed and high-speed conveyors that adjust automatically for seamless sheet transfer.

Its auto stacking and delivering mechanisms allow precise stacking quantities to be set, ensuring neat output while reducing manual handling. The system can cut sheets into three or four parts, offering higher productivity, labor savings, and space efficiency for corrugated packaging manufacturers.

  • The collecting & carrying system includes the low-speed and high-speed collecting & carrying parts with the front low-speed part automatically track the cutting part. When its speed reaches or exceeds that of the back part, the back part can automatically track it.
