The Automatic Folder Gluer & Stitcher Integrated Line is an intelligent, fully-automatic solution designed to streamline carton box manufacturing by combining folding, gluing, stitching, counting, and stacking in a single high-performance system. Equipped with a vacuum paper feeding unit, creasing unit, gluing & folding unit, stitching unit, and stacking delivery unit, this machine ensures efficiency, accuracy, and reduced labor costs for high-volume packaging production.
The gluing and stitching units can be operated separately, offering flexibility based on production needs. With a maximum gluing speed of 180 meters/min and an average speed of 150 meters/min, it ensures fast and consistent output. The stitching unit supports up to 70 pcs/min for 4 nails, delivering strong, reliable joints at high speed while saving energy and manpower.
