The high-speed folding belts eliminate resistance issues, ensuring neat and complete folding.

Equipped with variable frequency motor, American Gates Timing Belt, and a strong wind pressure device, the machine guarantees high transmission precision, low noise, and stable stacking. The photoelectric counting system with servo motor control ensures accurate batch output, while the pneumatic paper pushing system neatly discharges the finished carton boxes.

With advanced gluing, shaping, and flapping mechanisms, the machine guarantees strong bonding, tidy stacking, and flawless finishing of carton boxes. Its electrical adjustments for crossbeam, baffles, and discharge section make operations faster, easier, and more efficient.

Characteristics:

  • The upper and down conveyor clamps the cardboard to move forward. The cardboard inlet interval and also the upper and down conveyor interval are all adjusted electrically.
  • Paper entering section adopts spring pressure wheel equipped with limit device to load cardboard and the interval between the wheel and down conveyor can be adjusted independently so to make high paperfeeding with precision.
  • The middle part is equipped with secondary ballast device for precision folding.
  • The back part adopts vacuum suction belt to the convey cardboard to prevent the cardboard and the two folding parts which are not joint together completely sliding away.
  • Equipped with speed faster than the upper folding belt, the down folding belt movement will offset the resistance by folding cardboard reduce problem of the folding parts of the cardboard are not joiotnt together completely.
  • The back part adopts rounder lower forming folding method to make precise, well controlled folding for good shape to the carton box.
  • The movement of the crossbeam is electrically adjusted.

  • Moving parts adopts imported ball screw and linear guides with reliable stability.
  • Equipped with paper pressure device upper and down transmission the motor speed ensures the carton move smoothy neatly. The height can be adjusted electrically as per the difference quantity of each pack of the carton box.
  • The left and right position of the discharge part can be adjusted to ensure the carton box always falling down to the middle part of the machine.
