The Conveyor Bridge is designed to ensure smooth and efficient transfer of corrugated boards with maximum stability and precision. Built with an independent frequency motor lifting mechanism and a durable PVC conveyor belt, it guarantees seamless movement of single or multiple sheets. All rollers are precision-ground and hard chrome-plated for long-lasting performance.
Featuring vacuum adsorption tension control with a 5-inch suction tube and adjustable regulator valve, the system allows stepless air volume adjustment for consistent operation. The dual electric corrective devices with double guide column positioning ensure fast, accurate alignment and smooth running.
With an effective width of 1400–2500mm and a design speed of 150–250 m/min, the Conveyor Bridge provides reliable performance, making it an essential part of modern corrugated board production lines.
