Our corrugated board gluing machine is engineered for accuracy, durability, and smooth operation in 3/5/7 Ply Automatic Corrugation Lines. Designed with a hard chrome plated glue applicator roller, it ensures even glue application with minimal wastage and low operating cost.
The frequency conversion motor with inverter keeps the glue applicator synchronized with the double facer machine, enabling independent and stable operation. Users can easily adjust the gap between the glue roller and doctor roller either manually or electrically, with an optional digital readout for precise control.
