Crafted from 48CrMo high-grade alloy steel, the corrugating rollers are heat-treated and ground to achieve hardness levels of HRC58°–60°, providing exceptional durability and long service life. With an effective width range of 1400mm to 2500mm and design speeds of 200m/min, 180m/min, 150m/min, and 120m/min, this machine meets diverse production needs while delivering consistent performance.
