Our Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand is an essential unit in the 5 Ply Automatic Corrugated Board Line, designed to ensure smooth, efficient, and continuous paper feeding for corrugated board production. This machine adopts a hydraulic drive system to perform lifting, lowering, clamping, releasing, and left-right movement of paper rolls with precision and ease.
Equipped with a multi-point braking system, the mill roll stand provides adjustable tension control, ensuring accuracy and stability during high-speed corrugation. Each stand comes with two paper roll cars, allowing simultaneous paper loading from both sides for uninterrupted production.
With a working width of 1400mm to 2500mm and a maximum paper roll diameter of 2150mm, the hydraulic reel stand is suitable for high-capacity corrugated board making. Optional expand chuck or tooth chuck ensures flexibility, while the hydraulic and pneumatic control systems provide safe and reliable operation.
