Cassette Single Facer Machine

The Cassette Single Facer is a high-performance unit in the 5 Ply Automatic Corrugated Board Line, engineered to deliver precision and efficiency in corrugated board production. Its negative pressure design ensures even bonding between core paper and corrugated medium, resulting in stronger and more reliable corrugated sheets.
Equipped with a high-stability airbag control system, this single facer machine provides consistent pressure during operation. The corrugating and pressure rollers are manufactured from 48CrMo high-quality alloy steel, treated with grinding and heat processes to achieve a hardness of HRC58°–60°, ensuring long life and durability.
With its drawer-type quick roll change system, operators can replace rolls in just 15 minutes—making the cassette single facer not only precise but also highly practical for continuous production.
Characteristics:
- Negative pressure design, so that pressure can be evenly core paper and attached to the corrugated surface evenly coated with glue so corrugated paper can be better bonding
- Corrugating roll, pressure roll…etc. Using high stability airbag control system.
- The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48crMo high quality alloy steel, after grinded heat treatment the hardness HRC58°-60°.
- Drawer quick roll change process: 15 minutes to complete the roll change, simple, convenient and practical.
