The Double Facer Machine is a crucial unit in the 5 Ply Automatic Corrugated Board Line, designed to ensure strong bonding between liners and fluted paper for durable corrugated sheets. Built with 8–20 heating plates (600mm x 185mm) and an advanced inner circulating structure with cross air supply, it delivers uniform heating and consistent quality at high speeds.
Each heating plate is precision-ground and chrome-coated in compliance with national standards, ensuring smooth operation, long service life, and reliable heat transfer. The machine also integrates a pressure vessel system, with optional pneumatic adjustment and shoe pressure systems for enhanced performance.
The vulcanized rubber drive roll prevents deviation during production, maintaining stability and accuracy. With an effective width of 1400mm–2500mm and design speeds of 100–250m/min, this corrugated board double facer is ideal for high-volume, high-quality packaging manufacturing.
