The Partition Slotter Machine is designed for high-speed, precise slotting of corrugated paperboard, making it an essential choice for packaging and partition manufacturers. Built with 6 working axles, it ensures smooth cardboard feeding, accurate slotting, and effective scrap removal with 6 shaving paper tools for uninterrupted operation.
With an automatic suction feeding system, the machine handles a paperboard range from 200 x 160 mm up to 1200 x 600 mm. It supports 9 groups of slotting knives with adjustable widths of 3.5 mm, 5 mm, or 7 mm, suitable for boards up to 5 mm thickness. Operating at 120 pieces per minute, it guarantees efficiency, durability, and consistent quality.

Characteristics：
- The machine has 6 working axles:
- First pair axles carry cardboard eccentric right handle of upper axle can be adjusted according to cardboard’s thickness and the distance between the two axles is fit to carry cardboard.
- Second pair axles are of slotting, eccentric right handle and they can be adjusted according to cardboard’s thickness; It is a good distance for cardboard slot cut.
- Third pair axles carry the Cardboard processed outside the machine and press the cardboard with pressure to prevent tool from lifting the cardboard. In order to protect from blocking up there are 6 shaving paper tools to clear scraps of paper at all times.
