The Up & Down Slotting Machine is a heavy-duty solution designed for the precise pressing and slotting of three A and two A corrugated cardboard sheets in a single operation. Built with 40mm steel wall panels and an upper knife base made from HT250 high-quality castings, the machine ensures exceptional durability and accuracy. With a maximum feed width of 3000mm and unlimited feed length, the machine provides versatile handling for large-format corrugated sheets. It offers a maximum groove depth of 680mm, a groove cutter width of 15mm, and a crimping width of 5mm. The left-right movement of the host extends up to 700mm, enhancing flexibility during operations.
Powered by a 2.2kW cycloidal pin wheel motor (Shanghai) and a 0.75kW brake motor (Taiwan), the machine delivers reliable speed of 15–20 operations per minute, making it highly efficient for industrial-scale corrugated slotting requirements.
