The Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Machine is designed for high-precision slitting and scoring of corrugated boards, ensuring clean cuts and accurate creases for superior carton quality. Built with advanced features, it enhances efficiency, accuracy, and durability in corrugated box production.
With front-scoring feeding and back double rubber roll guiding, the paperboard runs smoothly and steadily during operation. The slitting unit is equipped with high-quality tungsten steel blades, offering sharp performance, long service life, and burr-free, non-pressed cuts. The scoring unit uses a 5-point scoring system with adjustable distances for easy carton folding and accurate bending.
The machine also features automatic and manual pneumatic grinding, allowing blades to be sharpened while working, improving efficiency and minimizing downtime. Powered by imported electrical components, it ensures reliable performance and long-lasting stability.
