The Window Patching Machine is designed for high-speed and precision window film pasting on cartons, boxes, and corrugated packaging. Powered by a full servo motor system, it ensures accurate film cutting and high patch precision for premium packaging results.
Its unique suction paper feeding system with imported wear-resistant perforated belts guarantees stable, high-speed operation without sheet loss. The advanced adjustable glue structure reduces glue consumption, while the pneumatic separation device prevents glue from sticking to the belt for smooth, clean operation.
With a maximum working speed of 6000 sheets/hour, it supports cardboard (280–500 g/m²) and corrugated paper up to 3mm, handling film thicknesses from 0.05–0.20mm. The machine also features fish-scale type paper delivery for accurate stacking and easy collection.
