The Two Piece Gluer Machine is designed for high-efficiency carton and box gluing, making it an ideal choice for corrugated packaging manufacturers. Equipped with a bottom conveyor system and the ability to use both hot melt and cold melt glue, it ensures strong, durable, and precise adhesion. With its large and customizable glue tank (up to 10 liters), the machine supports continuous operations for large production runs.
This versatile carton gluing machine can handle both two-piece and one-piece gluing, offering flexibility in packaging production. It supports paper sizes up to 1020 × 850 mm, with a maximum single paper box size of 2050 × 850 mm. With a speed of up to 1200 pieces per hour (depending on fold), 8 KW power, and a durable 3-ton build, it delivers consistent performance and reliability for industrial-scale carton manufacturing.
